Rents are rising, homes for many are becoming out of reach.  However, thanks to a good Samaritan, Diane Thomas was able to move out of her car and he paid for her to stay at a hotel in Royal Palm Beach.  Now he is working with a family member who is a real estate broker help her find an affordable home.
