Growing up in a music-loving household, Danny had dreams of working as a radio personality since he was 5 years old, when he received a beginners DJ Kit from Sears out of the Christmas Wish Book. Instead of losing interest in pretending to make small talk with a nonexistent audience, Danny held firm to his aspirations and landed his first real gig at age 12, deejaying and delivering news for the St. Lawrence University radio station in Canton, New York. He never looked back, he says.

Outside of radio, Danny loves food, wine, movies, music, and his dog, Nelson. (an American Pit Bull Terrier “foster fail” from Angels of Assisi Rescue in Roanoke, VA).  Danny is an active supporter of The Trevor Project, St. Jude’s, The Alzheimer’s Association, Hospice, Wounded Warrior Project, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and several animal rescue organizations.
