When you think about the reasoning behind the problems they’ve had, it has at least an ounce of validity to it.  However, how is anyone able to0 say it’s only those kids who are under 10 causing issues?  Also, how do you enforce it?  Are parents going to have to keep birth certificates on hand at all times incase this becomes a new trend?  This picture is straight from their FB page.
