I’ve always wondered, what is the arrangement between grandparents and parents of small kids when it comes to watching them?  A grandma told her daughter she wouldn’t watch them unless she was paid $20 and hour and late fees if they were late picking the child up.  She told her daughter that if she wanted to have a baby she should’ve stayed at home to raise the child the same way she did.
