Position: Promotions Street Team (part-time)

If you’ve answered yes, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for you to join our promotions "Street Team". General responsibilities include assisting the Promotions Department in all aspects, set-up and break down of station remotes/events, organize prize giveaways at station events, meet and greet listeners at station events and must have the ability to work Monday-Sunday, MOSTLY nights and weekends. Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid state driver’s license, lift 30 pounds, work flexible hours, work in teams or solo and be able to converse easily with people; a knowledge of marketing/promotions is helpful.

POSITION AVAILABLE: Staff Accountant

START DATE: IMMEDIATELY

JOB DESCRIPTION:

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Ledger Accountant

Daily, weekly & monthly journal entries

Account Reconciliations

Maintain & reconcile various sub ledgers to GL (AR, Fixed Assets, AP, etc.)

Perform accounting functions using QuickBooks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Accounting Degree Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literacy in applicable programs.

Problem-solving ability and skill in prioritizing.

Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: QuickBooks, previous experience in radio or television is a plus.

SKILLS REQUIRED: Experience with Excel spreadsheets, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)

EDUCATION OR TRAINING REQUIRED: Accounting Degree required with 3-5 years experience
