New couple alert?

CHARLIZE THERON ballroom danced for SETH MACFARLANE at the Oscars.  And that may have led to something more.  Sources say they got to know each other during rehearsals, then spent a lot of time together at after-parties.

A source says, quote, "This is early, but I see a new relationship brewing."  However, a so-called "source" close to Seth says it's NOT TRUE.

Take him Rihanna!  No one else wants him!  He's allllll yours!

RIHANNA tells "Elle"magazine she wants to be with CHRIS BROWN FOREVER.

Talking about her new single "Stay", Rihanna says, quote, "It's a story about having love that close and wanting it to last forever.

She says, quote, "What we want [is] a great friendship that's unbreakable.  Now that we're adults we can do this right.  We got a fresh start and I'm thankful for that."

She says, quote, "I Instagram everything about my life, whether it's smoking pot, in a strip club, reading a Bible verse . . . how crazy, I know . . . or hanging with my best friend, who happens to be Chris."

Worst Birthday - says Justin Bieber Tweet!

JUSTIN BIEBER went all the way to England to celebrate his 19th birthday.  Why?  Because the drinking age over there is 18.  

Justin and his crew rolled into a London club called Cirque Du Soir on Saturday night.  The servers even had "Happy Birthday Justin" t-shirts on.

But less than an hour later, everybody left because Jaden Smith (14) tried to get in and the club wouldn't let him.  He may not have been the only one.  Several members of Justin's entourage were under 18.

Justin later Tweeted, quote, "Worst birthday."

A spokesman for the club says, quote, "We are very sorry, and understand it's his birthday, but our hands are tied with local authorities and rules we need to follow as [a] club to keep our license.

"We clearly didn't want to give him the 'worst birthday.'  He is a friend and previously was always welcomed with open arms."

Justin had reportedly spent $12,000 on the party.

JUSTIN BIEBER is telling HIS side of what happened this weekend at the Cirque du Soir club in London.  He claims he did NOT try to get JADEN SMITH or anyone else under 18 into the joint.  And he says the whole thing is their fault.

He Tweeted, quote, "The funny moment when people believe I brought underage people to a club.  U think Will is letting his 14 year old in a club, I don't think so.  Second I love how the club wanted to give the press another reason to why we didn't stay at their weak ass club so they wouldn't look bad for me walking in and right back out."

"I said my 'worst bday' but that was due to dummies pushing over my fans and being overly aggressive.  Btw it wasn't the worst bday, cuz all my friends from back home flew in.  I was just mad in the moment."
