What is going to happen to Lilo?

LINDSAY LOHAN will be arraigned this morning on charges that she lied to police about her car accident last June.  

And sources say that when that happens, Lindsay's probation will be REVOKED.

Lindsay could be looking at 245 days - EIGHT MONTHS - in the slammer.

Lindsay is accused of lying to police by saying her assistant was driving when the accident took place when it was actually her. 

She's charged with three crimes:  Providing false information to a police officer, resisting a police officer, and reckless driving.

Lindsay will not be at today's hearing, which is in California, because she's currently living in New York.

This is just FABULOUS!

I am a big Avril Lavigne fan, but with the rest of you was confused at the engagement to Nickelback singer Chad Kroger.

Someone get this girl some underwear for Christmas!

ANNE HATHAWAY showed up at the New York premiere of "Les Miserables" on Monday in a long, black dress...but forgoing the underwear.  And yes, the paparazzi was there to get the money shot. 

She said quote, "I found out just as I came in.  And I just thought, 'Okay, where’s the comedy?'  It has hit.  It has landed.  A bomb has gone off.  I think what I am going to do is whatever my next appearance is . . . I’m going to step out of the car in a blanket.  You've got to laugh at it."

Oh how the beautiful have fallen

AskMen.com has released its annual list of the 99 Most Desirable Women in the World.  

And this year's big winner is "Hunger Games" minx JENNIFER LAWRENCE.

The website says, quote, "Overall, there's a sense that she's a little more authentic than other actors.  She's fresh because we haven't seen her all over the gossip pages for the past three or four years."  Jennifer was 47th last year.

On the other end of the spectrum is KIM KARDASHIAN . . . who dropped 90 PLACES . . . from #8 last year to #98 this year.  The site says, quote, "She is petering off and basically dropping off the list at this point even as she's become more visible."

SCARLETT JOHANSSON also took a big drop from #7 to #45.

If Fergie just had ONE wish this holiday season...

FERGIE doesn't want much for Christmas from her husband JOSH DUHAMEL.

She says, quote, "[I want] a big makeout session, old school style!

"Like when you're dating.  When you're first dating and you haven't even hit the ‘Boom Boom Pow' stage yet.  Just a big high school makeout session."

Charlie Sheen is turning into quite the GIVER!

CHARLIE SHEEN donated $75,000 to help a 10-year-old girl who's fighting cancer, and his stunt double Eddie Braun chipped in $25,000 . . . for a grand total of $100,000.

It all came about because Charlie was talking to a Hermosa Beach Police officer, and in the course of the conversation, the cop mentioned that a fellow cop had a daughter with cancer.

The next day, he and Eddie sent the money to the Hermosa Beach Police Officer's Association.  All the proceeds will go to the family.  

Miley missing her pooch

MILEY CYRUS lost a dog yesterday.  Her 2-year-old Yorkie mix Lila died.  

There's no word what happened . . . but Miley had Tweeted back in October that Lila was in the hospital.

Yesterday she Tweeted, quote, "Can't think of one good reason to get out of bed today . . . For everyone asking . . . I have never been so hurt in my life.  My heart has never been so broken . . . Lila my sweet baby girl has passed away."

She added, quote, "Broken.  Gonna go MIA for a bit.  Need some healing time.  Thank you to everyone who has send love my way.  I need it."

A REALITY SHOW IS BEING ACCUSED OF BEING FAKE?!?!

There's been speculation that A&E's "Storage Wars" is FAKE and the show PLANTS valuable items in the storage units for the cast to discover.

And now, one of the show's former stars DAVE HESTER -AKA the "Yuuuuup!" guy - is suing the show, claiming he was fired because he complained to producers about the show being rigged.  There's no word what's he's looking for in damages.

A&E says the show is 100% real.  And Dan Dotson, the auctioneer on the show, says all the storage unit sales are LEGIT, and they're sealed before filming, so it would be impossible for the show to tamper with them.
