Charlie was paid $250,000 to do a single scene in "Scary Movie 5" and he didn't keep ANY of that money.  

It went to three charities, chosen by people involved in the movie, including the director and one of the producers.

Oh what a mess Halle Berry has once again created....

After HALLE BERRY'S baby-daddy GABRIEL AUBRY got into a Thanksgiving Day brawl with her fiancé OLIVIER MARTINEZ, Halle got a restraining order against Gabriel.

But yesterday, Gabriel obtained one against Olivier.  And he claims Olivier started the whole thing. 

Gabriel says that the whole thing really started the day before Thanksgiving . . . at a school play for his and Halle's daughter Nahla.

He says Olivier walked up and whispered THIS in his ear in French. . . quote, "I wish I could beat the [crap] out of you right now.  You're lucky we're in a school right now.  We're going to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us."

The next day, Gabriel brought Nahla to Halle's house.  He says that usually, a nanny takes the hand-off.  But this time, Olivier came storming out of the house to meet him.

Gabriel says Olivier started beating on him and cussing him out, blaming him for the custody battle over Nahla that cost them $3 million.  (--Gabriel WON that battle, preventing them from moving to Paris with Nahla.)

He also slammed Gabriel's head into the concrete and threatened his life.

Her contract says stay tubby???

The "National Enquirer" claims "Mike & Molly" star MELISSA MCCARTHY "desperately" wants to lose weight, but CBS is FORCING her to stay deliciously candy-coated because SHE'S FUNNIER THAT WAY.

A "source" says, quote, "The way the network and producers look at it, the show's funny because she's fat, and it wouldn't be if she wasn't.  She is contractually bound to stay tubby." 

The source adds, quote, "Melissa would love to drop 40 pounds . . . but she's stuck with at least another year on 'Mike & Molly'.  [But] her bosses there are refusing to let her lose weight.  She feels stuck between a rock and a hard place."

Melissa hasn't commented on this report. 

Reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallllly Nicki Minaj?

NICKI MINAJ has a new target for her rage - STEVEN TYLER.

It started with Steven telling MTV News that he is NOT optimistic about the new judges on "Idol".

He said, "These kids, they just got out of a car from the Midwest somewhere and they're in New York City, they're scared to death . . . you're not going to get the best [out of them].

"If it was BOB DYLAN, Nicki Minaj would have had him sent to the cornfield!  Whereas, if it was Bob Dylan with us, we would've brought the best of him out, as we did with PHILLIP PHILLIPS."

Without naming names, he also said that "some people" have a hard time knowing when it's time to, quote, "shut the [eff] up, and just give [the contestants] your opinion."

Well, Nicki was MADDDDD when she heard this, and went to Twitter.

She said, quote, "Steven Tyler said I would have sent Bob Dylan to a cornfield???  Steven, you haven't seen me judge one single solitary contestant yet!

"I understand you really wanted to keep your job but take that up with the producers.  I haven't done anything to you.  That's a racist comment. 

"You assume that I wouldn't have liked Bob Dylan???  Why?  Black?  Rapper?  What?  Go [eff] yourself and worry about yourself babe. 

"LOL.  Let's make him a shirt that says 'No Coloreds Allowed' then escort him down to BARBARA WALTERS so he can tell how he was threatened [with] guns.

"When Steven first went on 'Idol' he was ridiculed by his peers and fans alike.  [He was] called a sell out.  So what does he do?  Ridicule the next judge."
