So when IS Lilo going to rehab?
Word is she'll be on David Letterman a week from tonight, so we know it's sometime after that.
She also has one condition when it came to negotiating her punishment for lying to police: She wanted to go to a rehab facility that would allow her to continue taking Adderall.
Adderall is used to treat attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder . . . or, ADHD. But as a stimulant that contains amphetamine, it's also frequently ABUSED.
Lindsay's attorney assured her he could find her a rehab facility that would be cool with this. If he didn't, she probably would have taken her chances in court.
Were they killed by Carbon Monoxide?
21-year-old SHAIN GANDEE - one of the stars of the MTV show "Buckwild" - was found dead yesterday. His body was discovered in a vehicle that was wrecked in a muddy area a few miles from his home.
There were two other bodies in the vehicle. One of them was his uncle, David Gandee. The other was a friend, 27-year-old Donald Robert Myers.
Apparently, they were off-roading at the time of the accident.
Police say Shain's 1984 Bronco was stuck DEEP in mud in a remote area, and investigators needed to use ATVs to gain access to the site. Officials also said that "the vehicle sat unevenly, but upright, and was partially submerged.
"Mud was covering the lower part of the passenger side door of the vehicle, but the driver's side of the vehicle was above the mud. The muffler was completely below the surface of the mud."
That's important . . . because if the exhaust pipe was blocked, carbon monoxide would've blown into the vehicle, which means there's a good chance the guys died of carbon monoxide poisoning. But that hasn't been confirmed.
Shain's body was in the driver's seat.
I'm gonna bet this awesome idea was Jimmy's
JAY LENO and JIMMY FALLON teamed up to address the "Tonight Show" speculation last night in a special skit that aired between their shows.
After the "Tonight Show", there was a scripted segment where Fallon gets a call from Leno, who pops up as, quote, "Host of Tonight Show" on Fallon's caller ID.
Fallon asks how Leno has been holding up . . . and he replies, quote, "I'll live. I've been through this before, you know. Gotta admit, I'm getting a little sick of all this."
Then Leno tells Fallon they're still friends . . . and they launch into a song, set to the tune of "Tonight" from"West Side Story".
